Concierge Security
Our reception security officers are equipped to handle a variety of tasks, from greeting visitors and assisting during emergencies to noticing and addressing unusual activity. Some of their key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests and creating a positive first impression
- Responding to alarms and investigating disturbances
- Receiving and distributing mail deliveries
- Screening individuals with detection devices
- Coordinating with tradespeople and contractors
- Assisting in emergency evacuations
- Contacting the relevant authorities in emergencies
- Logging guest and visitor details with accurate written records
- Directing visiting and delivery vehicles to the appropriate areas
- Enforcing no-smoking policies
- Contributing as team members to ensure a positive customer experience for all visitors
- Managing data entry and retrieval from PC-based databases (including Microsoft Office)
- Locking and unlocking premises at designated times
- Acting as a visual deterrent against anti-social behavior
- Maintaining a neat and professional appearance at all times
- Working effectively both in teams and independently
- Handling 100% of their duties confidently
- Preventing loss or damage by reporting irregularities
- Monitoring for signs of crime or disorder and investigating disturbances
- Professionally engaging with customers, staff, and visitors
- Taking swift and appropriate action during emergencies, in collaboration with relevant authorities
- Performing security patrols throughout the premises, including both perimeter and internal areas
- Monitoring CCTV to prevent crime and ensure the health and safety of staff and visitors
A&M Protection also provides full support to our security personnel and clients through our 24-hour control room. Our supervisors conduct random site visits to ensure that our high standards are consistently upheld.
